We are moving our warehouse location commencing mid-June with a target completion date of 5th of July
We have taken every measure to try and ensure that there is minimal impact on our ability to fulfill orders during this time, however we do apologies in advance if you are affected in any way.
We would like to request that if possible, any orders you are already aware of that will be required in the 12th of June to 5th of July window be placed prior to that. Orders received during this period do run the risk of only being dispatched in the second week of July.
Whilst this will cause some short-term disruption, some of the benefits we are will make us better able to meet your expectations well into the future. While at the same time it is also going to allow us to take further advantage of being part of the wider Mills Group offering that became available after joining them at the beginning of the year.
At the same time as the warehouse move we are also transitioning to a different software system, of which the only effect should be some subtle changes to your quotes and invoices after July.
